Returns & Refunds

Every Radhe Shringar piece is handcrafted, inspected, and securely packed before dispatch. This policy sets out the limited circumstances in which a return, refund, replacement, or cancellation is available. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Eligibility

Returns and refunds are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or broken in transit. We do not accept returns for change of mind, or for items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or returned without their original packaging.

Unboxing Video Requirement

A valid claim requires a single, continuous, unedited unboxing video. The video must:

  • begin before the parcel is opened, showing the sealed package and shipping label from all sides; and
  • continue without cuts or pauses through the entire opening, clearly showing the damage.

Claims submitted without a complete, uncut unboxing video cannot be accepted. This is the only means by which transit damage can be verified.

Reporting a Claim

Report damage within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 88665 56862, quoting your order number and including the unboxing video. Claims received after 48 hours cannot be processed.

Resolution

  • Retail orders: once approved, you may choose a full refund or a replacement of the same item. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund is issued.
  • Wholesale and bulk orders: eligible for replacement only (no refund), subject to a valid unboxing video and confirmation over WhatsApp.
  • Custom and made-to-order items: covered by this damage-only policy and are not eligible for return for any other reason.

Approved refunds are processed, or replacements dispatched, within 3–5 business days of approval. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; posting times depend on your bank or payment provider. Where an item is confirmed damaged, Radhe Shringar bears all return and replacement shipping costs.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at any time before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
