Shipping policy

Every Radhe Shringar order is handcrafted, inspected, and securely packed before dispatch. This policy explains how and when your order is shipped.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Handcrafted and made-to-order pieces may require additional time, which is noted on the product page where applicable. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days across India, depending on your location and the courier. Remote or rural pin codes may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order and delivery location, and are shown before you pay.

Shipping Coverage & Payment

We currently ship within India only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, along with prepaid online payment.

Payment Safety & Fraud Warning

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment is collected in cash only, at the time of delivery, at your doorstep. Neither Radhe Shringar nor our courier partners will ever ask you to make an online payment, UPI transfer, or share an OTP to receive, confirm, or release a COD order.

Please beware of fraudsters who may call or message you pretending to be from Radhe Shringar, Shiprocket, or the delivery company, asking for advance payment, "customs/clearance" charges, or an OTP. These are scams — do not pay or share any code. When in doubt, verify only through our official WhatsApp or phone number +91 88665 56862 before taking any action.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we share the tracking details over WhatsApp or email so you can follow your shipment until it arrives.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy. Damage claims require a single, uncut unboxing video and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 88665 56862.
